Meraki Estates are established property developers and investors based in Kent. Our primary goal is to source and renovate/refurbish unloved properties to create modern living spaces you want to call home.
With an increasing demand for quality homes on both the private and rental market, we help to fill this gap. We find the houses that other people wouldn’t consider, looking beyond the immediate aesthetic or structural issues. We can add value to property with several different strategies.
With a solid power team of builders, plasterers, electricians, tradespeople and professionals, each potential property deal is very carefully analysed to ensure that we consistently achieve higher returns for our private lenders and partners.
We are looking to double our portfolio of properties over the next 24 months and are actively seeking private lenders to help accelerate this journey.
